强镇之路的选择——对我国藏区农(牧)村乡镇政权建设的思考之一

An option of strengthening Town: A reflection of establishing rural or nomadic area regime in Tibetan domain of China

我国藏区农(牧)村乡镇政权建设是国家基层政权建设的重要组成部分。本文通过对藏区农(牧)村乡镇基本情况的介绍,在认真分析乡镇政权建设存在问题的基础上,提出了我国藏区乡镇政权建设应选择强镇之路,以达到实现跨越式发展和长治久安的目的。

That establishing rural or nomadic area regime in Tibetan domain of China is an important part of establishing national grass-roots regime. By introducing the general situation of rural or nomadic area in Tibetan domain of China, and on the basis of carefully analysing the problems of establishing regime of village township, this paper proposes that establishing rural or nomadic area regime in Tibetan domain of China should choose a way of strengthening town, which is in order to achieve the purpose of＇ the great leap forward development and long period of stability.
