舌癌术后部分缺损重建患者元音声学频谱变化

Changes in Acoustic Characteristics of Vowels after Reconstruction of Partial Glossectomy Defects in Patients with Tongue Cancer

目的探讨舌癌术后部分缺损重建修复后语音频谱变化情况。方法以39例舌体切除范围不超过中线的舌癌患者和42例正常对照组患者为研究对象,采用语音分析软件对2组研究对象发元音/a/、/i/、/u/时共振峰进行比较分析。结果与正常对照组相比,舌癌术后患者发/i/、/u/时F1上升、F3下降,发/i/时F2下降,/u/F2上升。结论舌癌术后患者元音频谱发生变化,使用VS-99语音工作站可对舌癌术后患者语音功能恢复进行定量分析评估,为临床舌癌术后部分舌缺损重建语音功能训练提供参考。

Objective To investigate the changes in acoustic characteristics of vowels after reconstruction of partial glossectomy defects in patients with tongue cancer. Methods The formant frequencies of vowels / a /,/ i / and / u / were analyzed by using VS-99 phonetics workstation in 39 tongue cancer patients who underwent glossectomy within the range of hemi-tongue and 42 normal controls. Results Compared to normal controls,F1 values of / i / and / u / and F2 values of / u / increased,but F3 values of / i /and / u / and F2 values of / i / decreased in patient who underwent glossectomy for tongue cancer. Conclusion The acoustic characteristics of vowels were changed after glossectomy. The VS-99 phonetics workstation can quantitatively assess postoperative recovery of phonetic function and provide a reference for phonetic function training after the reconstruction of partial glossectomy defects in patients with tongue cancer.
