Discussion on Technical Application of Roving-spinning Unit

分析粗细联技术体系结构与各组成部分的功能,提出粗细联技术应用必须建立其稳定运行的设计规模、粗细联技术体系中纱库设计、车间空气调节设计、企业生产技术的储备、职工岗位技能与素养的提高,以确保棉纺成纱质量稳定与粗细联技术体系稳定运行。

In this paper, the author analyzed the systematical construction of roving-spinning technique and the function of each component. Meanwhile, the author demonstrated that in order to guarantee the quality of cotton spinning and function of the technique of roving-spinning unit, the technical application of roving-spinning should be based on the designing scale of stable operation, the design of yarn storage and air regulation of the room, the storage of production technology in the mill and the improvement of the workers’ position skills and accomplishments.
