张家港及周边地区大学生创业软能力的调查与分析

Investigation,Analysis,and Enlightenment on the Soft Ability of Entrepreneurship of College Students in Zhangjiagang and Its Neighboring Area

通过对张家港及其周边地区各类中小企业进行问卷调查,分析大学生创业的现状以及大学生创业所需的软能力结合企业对大学生创业软能力的需求,提出大学生创业软能力提升及高校创业课程改革的必要性和重要性。

The status of entrepreneurship of college students and the soft ability required therein are analyzed through questionnaire surveys on various medium and small sized companies in Zhanjiagang and neighboring areas. The necessity and importance of the improvement on the soft ability of entrepreneurship of college students and college entrepreneurship courses reforming are put forward in combination with the requirement of enterprises on the soft ability of entrepreneurship of college students.
