Study on the Professional Development of Young Teachers in Maritime Navigation Education

航海教育是我国高等教育的一个重要部分,而青年教师专业发展状况影响着航海教育的发展水平。在分析我国航海院校青年教师专业发展现状的基础上,对航海院校青年教师专业发展的影响因素进行分析,提出了促进航海院校青年教师专业发展的策略。

Maritime navigation education is an important component of higher education in China, and it is affected by the status of professional development of young teachers. Based on the study of the current situation, factors affecting the young teachers＇ professional development are analyzed. Some strategies of improving the young teachers＇ professional development in maritime higher education are proposed in this paper.
