摘要
介绍了沙洲职业工学院机械制造与自动化专业群创新推出的"三元制"人才培养模式的基本情况;论述了实施构建基于职业能力标准的"三环境、三阶段"能力递进模块化课程体系,搭建课内、课外、企业"三课堂"教育平台的做法,总结了实施"三元制"人才培养模式以后,在专业群建设方面取得的成就。对促进专业群建设水平的全面提高,提升整体办学水平具有一定的指导意义。
This paper describes the basic situation of the innovation and introduction in “ternary system” talent training mode of the mechanical and automation specialty group, discusses the implementation and construction of the curriculum system based on the occupation ability standard of “three environment, the three stage” ability progressive modular curriculum system, and proposes the approach of building up “the three classrooms” education platform in class, in extracurricular, and in enterprise. It summarizes the construction of specialty group achievement after the implementation of training mode of “ternary system” training model. This paper offers certain guiding significance to improve the construction level of professional group and the overall level of running a school.
