On the Rural Logistics Development from the Perspective of New-type Urbanization

新型城镇化建设需要发达的农村物流支持,但农村物流在社会物流总额中的占比近年内不增反降,存在农村物流专业化和社会化水平低、物流网络和信息资源缺乏有效整合、物流技术和基础设施建设有待加强等问题。需要加快农村物流基础设施建设并整合农村物流资源,以提高农村物流市场组织化水平,同时推进农村物流信息平台建设。

The developed rural logistics is needed to support the construction of new -type urbanization , but the rural logistics proportion in the total social logistics has declined in recent years .There are problems like low level of specialization and socialization of rural logistics;lack of effective integration of logistics network and in-formation resources; construction of logistics technology and infrastructure construction remain to be strength -ened.It is necessary to speed up the infrastructure construction of rural logistics and the integration of rural lo -gistics resources to improve the systematization of rural logistics market and promote the construction of rural lo -gistics information platform at the same time .
