摘要
学生个体成熟度经历缓步上升、快速上升和徘徊三个阶段,在对每个阶段学生的价值观念、思维方式和心理特征进行分析的基础上,提出相应的德育工作模式,并就这些德育模式的运行机制和工作重心进行分析探讨,重点就德育工作的实践性和服务性进行研究。
The individual maturity of students undergoes three stages: rising slowly, rising rapidly and hove-ring.This paper, based on the analysis of students'concepts of value, ways of thinking and psychological fea-tures in each stage, proposes the corresponding moral education modes, analyzes and discusses the transmission mechanism and the work focus of each mode, and the practicalness and service of moral education are focused.
