摘要
采用NSSE—China调查工具对淮阴工学院本科教育在五大可比指标、主要的教育环节两个方面,与地方本科院校的常模或全国大学常模进行了比较,研究发现:淮阴工学院在五大可比指标中校园环境支持度表现较优,生师互动指标表现较差;学科发展不均衡;部分课程设置不够合理,缺乏针对性;学业挑战度不够;课外拓展性学习急需加强。学校应继续改善校园环境支持度,制定相应的政策改善生师互动水平。
In this study , the NSSE -China survey tools are employed to compare the five indicators and the main education link in the undergraduate education of Huaiyin Institute of Technology with the norm of local or national universities and colleges .The findings are as follows:among the five comparable indicators of Huaiyin Institute of Technology , the campus environment has higher supporting degree; student -teacher interaction is much less;the development of subjects is not balanced; some curriculum is not reasonable and lack of perti-nence;academic challenges are insufficient;more extracurricular study outside the classroom is badly needed . Corresponding suggestions are put forward that the campus environment should be improved continuously and some policies should be made to improve student -teacher interactions .
