摘要
从马丁(1992)的评价理论下的态度资源视角出发,首先运用Systemic Coder软件对所选真实情景下的80封冲突类商务英语信函进行统计和分析,得出信函中态度资源的使用情况。而后,基于统计结果探究态度资源如何相互作用构建冲突类商务英语信函的人际意义。研究发现,态度资源占总评价性资源的70%左右。它在构建冲突类商务英语信函作者和读者人际关系、解决贸易冲突时发挥着重要作用。
From the perspective of attitude of appraisal theory, this thesis employs Systemic Coder software to get the distribution of attitude resource and studies how attitude resources construct the interpersonal meaning of Conflictive Business English Letters. It finds that attitude resources take up about 70% appraisal resource and attitude resources play an important role in resolving trade conflicts and realizing the interpersonal meaning of Conflictive Business English Letters.
