摘要
采用新稠化剂取代原稠化剂制备了钢丝绳润滑表面脂。考察了原有增粘剂、增摩剂的加入量对其影响,确定了最佳工艺配方。在最佳配方条件下,制备的钢丝绳润滑表面脂的两个主要性能指标滴点和低温性能接近于国内外先进水平。新配方没有大幅提高生产成本,工艺路线没有改变,便于新配方的推广。
The wire rope surface lubricating grease is prepared by replacing the original thickener with the new thickener. The impact of the amount of the original tackifier and the friction increasing agent is investigated, and the optimum technological formulation is determined. The dropping points and low temperature performance of the wire rope surface lubricating grease prepared under the condition of the optimum formulation is close to advanced level. The cost of production is not substantially increased, the process route is not changed, and the new formulation is easy to be popularized.
