摘要
协同教育是实现流浪儿童保护——矫治——回归救助目标的重要手段。流浪儿童的形成恰恰是家庭、学校与社区三大教育子系统相继剥离的过程,需要从模式、内容、力量、手段等方面入手对流浪儿童协同教育系统进行重构,并以政府主导社会力量共同参与机制的建立为实现途径。
Cooperative education is an important means to meet the needs of the protection, rescuing, and the returning of the street children. The emergence of street children is due to the separation of three educational subsystems of home education, school education and community education. To solve the problem, educational authority should reconstruct the cooperative system of the street children from model, content and means. And the government should mobilize social force to participate in building up the cooperative education system.
