摘要
根据卫生部关于医学教育的原则精神，分析近年来各地举办的继续医学教育学习班中可能存在的问题，从办班的主题方向和内容范围选择、规模计划、教学方法与考核制度等方面，进行深入的思考和有意义的改革实践。并总结了通过举办继续医学教育培训班，对提高继续医学教育质量、推广先进技术，以及促进办班单位医学教育事业和学科建设发展等方面所取得的经验与成效。
According to the principles on the continuing medical education by Ministry of Health and all the problems which may exist in continuing education classes currently held in our country, the author conducted in-depth thinking and meaningful reform practice in the following areas of teaching direction and content scope, teaching and class scale, teaching methods and examination system, etc. and summarized the experience and achievements in improving the quality of the continuing medical education and effective technology promotion, as well as the promotion of medical educa- tion career and subject construction development.
