分子生物学实验是医学院校硕士研究生的一门重要课程。通过更新优化教学内容（重视科研设计、增设综合性大实验、更新实用新技术）、改进教学模式（强调实验前准备、教师资格及研究生素质培养）、完善考核方式（实验报告与实验总结、平时成绩与实验操作相结合），收到了良好的教学效果。

Molecular biology experiment is an important course for postgraduates in medical university. Through updating and optimizing what to teach（emphasizing study design, setting up comprehensive experiment and updating practical techniques）, improving teaching mode（paying attention to experimental preparation, teacher qualification and postgraduates＇ capability training） and perfecting evaluation approaches （combining the experiment report with experimental summary and regular ~rades with experimental practice）, good results have been obtained.
