摘要
从畜产品加工技术课程服务岗位出发,对畜产品加工相关职业能力进行分析,以激发学生学习热情、提高学生实践能力为目的,创新课程教学设计,改革课程教学内容,转变课程教学方式,加强课程动手能力培养,优化课程考核机制,旨在提高畜产品加工技术课程教学效果。立足三学(学生、学情、学院),结合学生自身特点,对畜产品加工技术课程进行项目教学改革的探索与实践。
The occupation ability of animal products processing technology was analyzed through the Animal Products Processing service positions, in order to stimulate the students' enthusiasm, improve the students' practical ability for the purpose of teaching innovation, curriculum design, teaching content reform of curriculum, teaching mode change course, strengthen the cultivation of curriculum ability, optimize the curriculum assessment mechanism and to improve the teaching effect of the course. In this paper, promoting the course construction and educational reform of Animal Products Processing combined with the characteristics of the students.
