摘要
幼儿寻求教师的关注,既有积极的表现方式,也有消极的表现方式。消极表现方式主要集中在行为、语言与情绪等方面,其原因包括教师对幼儿的关注过度或缺失、幼儿缺乏正确交往的方式、幼儿园环境布置与材料投放不合理等。据此,教师应与幼儿进行积极的情感交流、加强与家长的沟通合作、丰富幼儿交往经验并提升其交往技能,以此满足幼儿的心理需求,促进其社会化功能的发展。
Young children seeking teachers' concern has both positive manifestations and negative manifestations. Negative ones focus on behavior, words and mood due to teachers' over-concern or lack of concern,children's lack of normal communication and improper arrangement of materials and kindergarten environment.Therefore, teachers should communicate positively with children, strengthen communication and cooperation with parents, enrich children's association experience and improve their skills to meet their psychological needs and promote their social function development.
