摘要
在对我国城市建筑节能现状及主要问题进行分析的基础上,采用协同理论,选取过程、组织结构、信息、资源和目标5个维度进行建筑节能协同创新研究,构建了城市建筑节能协同管理框架,并运用结构方程模型予以实证分析。依靠有效的创新管理与政策设计,加强政府、企业与高校等各种社会资源的协同创新,为城市建筑节能项目协同创新管理的理论研究和实践运作提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the present status and problem of urban building energy-sav-ing in china,collaborative innovation of building energy-saving was studied in collaborative theory from five related dimensions:the process,organizational structure,information,re-sources and targets to construct a framework of collaborative innovation management for urban building energy-saving,and to use the structural equation model to make an empirical analysis. Relying on effective innovation management and policy design,strengthening the cooperation between government,enterprises,universities and other community resources provide the guidance for theoretical study and practical operation of urban building energy-saving with col-laborative innovation management.
