摘要
探索锐孔法制备红枣黄酮微胶囊的工艺条件,本文以红枣黄酮为芯材,研究壁材海藻酸钠浓度、凝固浴Ca Cl2溶液浓度、芯材红枣黄酮与壁材海藻酸钠的比例、凝固浴溶液温度对红枣黄酮微胶囊化效果的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠浓度3%、Ca Cl2浓度为0.4%、芯材与壁材的比例为1:3、凝固浴Ca Cl2温度35℃,在此条件下微胶囊的包埋率可达69.72%。红枣黄酮微胶囊为米黄色,呈圆球状,大小均匀,具有较好的硬度和弹性。
To explore the microencapsulation parameters of Chinese dates flavonoids, the impacts of sodium alginate concentration, the proportion of core material and wall material, calcium chloride concentration and temperature on the microencapsulated effect were studied using Chinese dates flavonoids as the core materials. The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: sodium alginate 3%, calcium chloride 0. 4%, the ratio of core material and wall material is 1:3 and temperature 35 ℃. The embedding rate could reach 69. 72% in the optimum conditions. The obtained microcapsules exhibit maize -yellow, ball shapes with good distribution, as well as moderate rigidity and elasticity.
