粒度配比对WC基金刚石钻头的性能影响研究

摘要 文章以Fe-Co-Cu基预合金粉为主要粘结剂,WC为骨架相,在相同的金刚石浓度条件下,通过调配6种不同粒度金刚石的配比,来研究金刚石粒度配比对钻头性能的影响。共设计了9种不同参数的孕镶金刚石钻头,通过微钻实验来验证其钻进性能。实验结果表明:在以WC-预合金粉配方体系为胎体材料时,40/45,60/70,80/100目的金刚石粒度组合具有最高的效率;45/50,70/80,100/120目的金刚石粒度组合具有最长的寿命;在调整金刚石粒度时,粗中细三种金刚石的粒度差别不宜太大,否则钻头的效率和寿命将明显降低。 In this article, the influence of diamond particle size ratio on the drill bit performance has been studied under the same diamond concentration with 6 different dia- mond particle ratios. In the experiment, Fe--Co--Cu prealloyed powder was used as agglomerant and WC as framework phase. Nine impregnated diamond bits of different parameters were designed to test their drilling performance under micro drilling experiment. The result shows that when using the WC prealloyed powder formula system as matrix material, the combination of the 40/45,60/70,80/100 mesh diamond particles presents the best efficiency and the combination of the 45/50,70/80,100/120 mesh diamond partL cles is the most durable. The difference of when adjusting the particle size, otherwise bit will significantly decrease. the diamond particle size should not be too big the efficiency and the serving life of the drill bit will significantly decrease.
