摘要
实验员是高职院校实践教学的主力军，要有先进的教育理念、高尚的职业道德和过硬的专业技能，参与实践教学探索，当好理论教学的配角，还要担负起仪器设备的维护保障工作，在实践教学环节中起到不可替代的作用。
The laboratory technicians are the main force of practical teaching in colleges. They should not only have advanced education idea, noble professional ethics and excellent professional skills, but also participate in the practical teaching exploration, be good assistants in theoretical teaching and take on equipment maintenance work. They play an irreplaceable role in the practical teaching.
