随着计算机技术和办公自动化的不断提高和运用，使用计算机对小区物业进行管理，具有了手工管理无法比拟的优点。小区物业管理系统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护，以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。本文通过对小区物业管理系统的设计和实现两方面进行简单介绍。最终，本系统能够完成一般小区物业管理系统所必须的功能，包括房屋信息管理、住户资料管理、物业收费管理、报修信息管理等，具备了添加、修改、删除、查询和打印等操作。
