基于输送效果切割系统刀轴耙刷设计及试验研究

摘要 甘蔗收获的切割系统物流输送的顺畅性,直接关系到甘蔗收获效率。针对前期课题组自主研发的整杆式甘蔗收获机切割系统物流输送所出现甘蔗物流"卡死"或"堵死"现象,为解决这一问题,基于甘蔗输送效果,设计一个耙刷结构附于切割系统刀轴上。试验研究表明:切割系统刀盘耙刷对甘蔗物流输送效果有显著作用,加上耙刷后切割系统的甘蔗物流输送速度比原来提高21%。 The smooth transportation of sugarcane harvest cutting system affects the efficiency of cane harvesting directly. To prevent the sugarcane cutter invented previously by our research group from blocking in the process of transportation,we design a rake brush attached to the cutting shaft system based on the transportation effect. The experimental study shows that the rake brush has obvious efficiency that the transporting speed has increased twenty-one percent than before.
