According to the background on Guangxi＂Marine silk road＂strategic positioning,strategic orientation,strategic focus and so on. Guangxi should construct the＂Marine silk road＂new pattern of open space strategy in the constructing of＂Marine silk road＂,do unified planning and deepen cooperation between each secondary cities in Guangxi,promote closer integration of the＂new industrialization,new urbanization,agricultural modernization＂and＂Marine silk road＂,and strengthen the synthetic on three aspects of construction of culture,ecology and infrastructure.
