高校学生档案数字化建设工作探析

本文分析学生档案数字化建设阶段，归纳出学生档案数字化形成方法，重点强调影响学生档案数字化建设的主要因素。最后提出做好高校学生档案数字化建设工作的主要途径，目的使学生档案管理工作迈上新台阶，为学生就业、升学等提供良好的服务。

This paper analyzes the stages of students＇ archives digitization construction, induces its forming ways and focuses on its main influencing factors. Finally, some main ways are proposed to do well archive digitization construction of college students, so that the students＇ file management work will reach a new level and also provide good services for students＇ employment, education, etc.
