摘要
目的研究肾动脉外膜消融对自发性高血压大鼠(SRH)血压的影响。方法雄性16周龄自发性高血压大鼠25只,随机分为两组:肾动脉外膜射频消融组(n=13)和假手术组(n=12)。采用自制射频消融仪对双侧行肾动脉外膜行环状消融。结果肾动脉外膜消融组术后1周大鼠血压为120.4±14.6 mm Hg,降低至正常血压水平,血压下降幅度达44.6 mm Hg,与术前相比,P=0.00,有统计学意义;术后3周血压为127.9±13.0 mm Hg,血压下降幅度达37.1 mm Hg,与术前1周相比,P=0.00,有统计学意义。假手术组大鼠血压随时间推移呈上升趋势,但血压变化无统计学意义。肾动脉外膜消融组术后大鼠心率降低,与术前相比,术后1周降低22.7次/min,P=0.141,无统计学意义;术后2周、3周进一步降低,分别降低41.2次/min和60次/min,与术前相比,P=0.009、P=0.000,差别有统计学意义。假手术组大鼠心率也有降低趋势,但组间比较无统计学意义。肾动脉外膜消融组大鼠肾动脉直径、肾动脉血流速度术后3周与术前相比,无统计学差别;结论肾动脉外膜消融能有效降低SHR血压和心率,对肾动脉直径和血流速度无明显影响。
Objective To study the effect of renal adventitia arter ablation (RAAA) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Method Male 16 week old spontaneously hypertensive rats 25, were randomly divided into two groups: renal adventitia artery radiofrequency ablation group (RAAA group, n = 13 ) and sham operation group (n = 12 ). Using radio frequency ablation device of bilateral renal artery adventitia for circumferential ablation. Result After 1 weeks, RAAA group postoperative blood pressure was (120.4 ± 14.6 ) mmHg, decrease to a normal level of blood pressure, blood pressure decrease of 44.6 mmHg, compared with preoperative P =0.00, statistically significant; after 3 weeks, blood pressure was ( 127.9 ± 13) mmHg, blood pressure decrease of 37.1 mmHg, compared with 1 weeks before surgery, and P = 0.00, there was statistical significance of blood pressure. Sham operation group with time increased, but there was no significant change in blood pressure. Heart rate decreased in RAAA group, compared with sham group, 22.7 times / min, P =0. 141 decreased at l weeks after operation, no statistical significance; after 2 weeks, 3 weeks to further reduce, reduce the rate of 41.2 and 60 times respectively, compared with the preoperative, P = 0. 009, P = 0. 000, the difference was significant. Sham operation group heart rate was decreased, but no statistical significance between the two groups. In RAAA group, the diameter of the renal artery and renal artery blood flow velocity after 3 weeks compared with the preoperative, no statistical difference; Conclusion Renal adventitia artery ablation can effectively reduce the blood pressure and heart rate in SHR,, on renal artery diameter and blood flow velocity has no obvious influence.
