高职院校职业技能竞赛机制的探究——以常州轻工职业技术学院艺术设计系为例

Study on Vocational Skill Competition Mechanism for Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of the Department of Art Design of Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology

职业技能竞赛以其特殊的创新教育功能,有力地推动了新时期职业教育的改革和发展。高职院校进行职业技能竞赛,需要以符合院校实际的管理制度、遴选机制和学生选拔机制,建立完善的竞赛组织协调机制。同时必须端正办赛、参赛的指导思想和动机,建立起高效的运行机制,全员参与竞赛,使竞赛贯穿于教育教学的全过程,同时邀请和吸引行业、企业积极参与其中,培养出真正适应社会需求的、复合型、创新型高素质人才。

Vocational skill competition with its particular innovating education function has strongly promoted the modern reform and development of vocational education.Skill competitions in higher vocation-al colleges must go with system management and selection mechanism in accordance with the actual manage-ment of college students and establish complete competition organization and coordination mechanism.Colle-ges should set up effective organizing mechanism to call for all teachers to take part in and make skill com-petitions run through the whole teaching process as well as invite and attract industries and enterprises to ac-tively participate in the competitions to cultivate the students into versatile and creative high quality talents who will well meet the social demands.
