摘要
构建基础研究、应用研究、开发研究"三环递进"项目群,以基础研究促进应用研究,以应用研究促进开发研究,使得学-研-用-产贯穿于研究生培养过程的始终,将理论创新转化为实践创新,从而发挥项目群的综合效用。
This paper built a program from three items known as basic research, applied research and development research which are formed one by one to make cooperation in terms of study, research, and production be the beginning and end of graduate foster process through promotion from basic research to applied research and then to development research, converting theoretical innovation into practice innovation to take comprehensive effect on program as a result.
