国家示范性高职院校的文化软实力建设不仅直接关系到其自身能否健康、可持续发展,也关系到其示范引领作用能否充分发挥。因此,国家示范性高职院校应将文化软实力提升作为建设的重要内容,纳入学院整体发展规划,长抓不懈。国家示范性高职院校应当抓住对内:通过凝心聚力,内增实力;对外:兼收并蓄,广泛吸取其他文化精华,增强核心竞争力。

The construction of cultural soft power of National Demonstrative Higher Vocational Colleges is not only directly related to its healthy, sustainable development, but also related to its leading role can be brought into full play.
