摘要
酒店专业本科生的职业选择关系到酒店业发展,同时也是对酒店专业教育成效的检验。调查发现,影响酒店专业本科生职业选择的重要因素依次是职业前景、个人兴趣、工作条件、性格等。据此建议学校应完善酒店专业的实习管理、优化实习教学、引导学生做好职业规划等,从而提高酒店专业本科生从事本专业的职业意愿。
The career choice of hotel major undergraduates is related with the hotel industry＇s development, and it also inspects the hotel major＇s education. The investigation found out that the important influencing factors for career choice are vocational perspective, personal interest, working condition, personality and so on. Then the article puts forward the advice that the college should perfect the internship management, optimizing the internship teaching, and guide the students to do well the career planning in order to improve the career choice＇s intention of hotel major undergraduates.
