从单细胞水平看肿瘤异质性 被引量:4

摘要 在过去的二十多年里,很少有疾病像乳腺癌一样获得如此多的研究进展,特别是近年来,单细胞研究技术不断进步,掀起了肿瘤异质性研究的热潮。2012年,Gerlinger等的研究有力证实了肿瘤异质性的存在,随后,肿瘤异质性问题越来越多地被提及。对于临床医师而言,肿瘤异质性对临床工作和转化研究有哪些影响,本文将就此回顾最新进展,分享个人观点。
