冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗充血性心力衰竭临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目前,充血性心力衰竭不仅是心血管内科的常见病、多发病,而且是心血管内科的危急重症,病死率较高,预后差。临床上传统的治疗多使用利尿剂降低心脏前负荷,血管扩张剂减低心脏前、后负荷,洋地黄类强心以缓解临床症状。近年来,冻干重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)在充血性心力衰竭中的应用已成为研究的热点。冻干重组人脑利钠肽是一种通过重组技术合成的生物制剂,具有扩张血管、利尿利钠、有效降低心脏前后负荷,抑制肾素‐血管紧张素‐醛固酮系统(RAAS)和交感神经系统等作用,可以有效改善充血性心力衰竭的血流动力学障碍。本研究通过详细观察充血性心力衰竭在应用冻干重组人脑利钠肽后相关指标的变化,评价其临床疗效及不良反应。
