超早孕妇女血中早孕因子/chaperone10预示胚胎的存活 被引量:1

摘要 早孕因子(EPF )/chaperone10是妊娠早期分泌的具有免疫抑制作用和生长因子作用的蛋白质,在授精12~48 h后就可利用玫瑰花结抑制实验(RIA)在妊娠血清中检测到。EPF最早是由Mor‐t o n等[1]在1974年描述,产生于授精后植入前,存在于妊娠早期。已经从人、猪、牛[2]、羊、红鹿等[3]哺乳动物妊娠血清和妊娠妇女子宫颈黏液中检测出了EPF活性。我们报道了可以从滋养细胞肿瘤患者体内测出EPF 活性。
