加强农村基层党组织带头人队伍建设的思考——以湘西自治州为例

农村基层党组织带头人是党在农村工作的领导者、组织者、实施者。但还存在结构不优、能力不强、教育培训不够、待遇不高、监督不严等问题,应从健全选任机制、加强教育培训、健全保障机制、加强监督管理等方面加强农村基层党组织带头人队伍建设。

the leaders in rural primary party organization are the bellwether, organizer and executor of the party works in the country. But there exist the problems of irrationality in structure, ability is not strong, education and training is not enough, salary is not high, poor oversight etc. To strengthen the construction of the leaders in rural primary party organizations, we should devising sound selection and appointment mechanism, focus on education training, build perfect protection mechanism, and strengthen the supervision and administration and so on.
