磁共振成像在胎儿宫内缺氧中的应用及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 宫内缺氧是胎儿遭受的最常见、最重要的应激,可导致胎儿急性或慢性损伤,并增加成年后对多种慢性疾病的易感性。传统超声作为胎儿宫内缺氧首选影像学检查手段,也存在局限性。近年来,多种功能性MRI技术包括血氧水平依赖成像(BOLD MRI)、弥散加权成像(DWI)、弥散张力成像(DTI)、磁共振波谱(MRS)等的快速发展,从一个全新角度为宫内缺氧的早期诊断提供思路。该文将对多种MRI技术在胎儿宫内缺氧中的应用及研究进展做一综述。
