摘要
产新德里金属β-内酰胺酶-1(New Delhi metallo-β-lactamases-1,NDM-1)耐药菌对现有的大多数抗菌药物包括β-内酰胺类、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类等具有广泛的耐药性,仅对替加环素和多黏菌素敏感,给临床治疗带来很大困难。在此,对产NDM-1耐药菌的流行病学、生物学特点、耐药机制、检测和临床防治予以阐述。
Drug-resistant bacteria producing New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) is a new challenge to the clinical treatment. It resistants to β-1actams including carbapenems, aminoglycosides, macrolides and qttinolones and other antimicrobial agents. Only tigecycline and polymyxin maintained activities against the bacteria with NDM-1. This article introduced the molecular characteristics, mechanism of drug resistance, detecting methods, and prophylaxis and treatment of bacteria with NDM-1.
