This article records the devotion of China medical laboratories, professional specialists, and the accreditation employees on improving laboratory quality and competence and ensuring the reliable and accurate examination results through the author＇s own experiences during the past ten years period; also shows the achievements on medical laboratory quality management and accreditation accordingly in a decade and the confidence on them in China.
