摘要
通过样本状况、调查问卷的设计、调查实施及统计处理、问卷调查数据统计与处理、分析与讨论等四个方面的论述,说明少数民族地区新教师培训方式及其实效性。
This paper tries to explain the new teacher training methods and effectiveness of research survey in minority areas from five aspects mentioned as below: sample condition, questionnaire design, the survey implementation and statistical processing, questionnaire of data processing and statistical analysis, analysis and discussion.
