试论高校的廉政文化建设

高校廉政文化建设是高校反腐倡廉、预防腐败的重手段，这项工作虽然取得一定的成绩，但是还存在着认识不足、氛围不浓、方法单一、效果不明显等问题。改进这项工作，首先需高校各级党组织充分认识其重性，不断丰富其内涵；其次抓住反腐倡廉的“全员性”、“层次性”加以推进；第三是在丰富廉政文化建设的形式和内容上下功夫。

College Party Clean and Honest Culture Construction is an important means of Anti-corruption and preventing corruption in colleges. Although it achieved some success, it also has some issues, such as： a lack of knowledge, the atmosphere is not thick, method is also single, and the effect is not obvious and so on. To improve this work, It first needs to understand the importance of Clean and Honest Culture Construction at all levels of colleges, and constantly enrich its content; secondly, we must seize the＂total productive＂and ＂hierarchy＂ of anti-corruption and promote it; thirdly, we must spend a lot of times to enrich the forms and contents of clean and honest culture construction.
