煤矿高应力松软煤层巷道支护改革试验研究

摘要 基于煤矿的开采深度不断增加,煤层开采后表现出大变形、大地压、难支护等非线性力学特性,产生了围岩变形量大、速度快、持续时间长,巷道顶板破碎难以成形等现象,结合云驾岭高应力松软煤层的地质条件,通过多次支护试验,最终确定锚注一体化支护方案,结果表明,锚注一体化方案增加了支护体锚固力,有效地控制了两帮位移及顶板下沉。 Based on the coal mining depth increasing, with large deformation, the earth pressure and difficult to support such as nonlinear mechanics behavior after mining, large deformation of surrounding rock, high speed, long duration,roadway roof breakage hard to take shape phenomenon, combined with Yuanjialing Mine high stress soft coal seam geological conditions, by supporting test for many times, anchor note integration support scheme was settled, the result showed that anchor injection integration scheme increased the support system anchoring force, effectively controlled the displacement of two sides and sinking.
