摘要
针对松软煤层煤体强度低、煤壁易片帮的问题,基于对煤壁片帮机理和浅孔注水防片帮机理的分析,对松软煤层煤壁浅孔注水防片帮技术进行了研究。明确了煤壁存在拉裂破坏与剪切破坏两种片帮形式,得出了浅孔注水提高煤体稳定性、防止煤壁片帮的机理。在此基础上对浅孔注水防片帮技术参数进行了设计。通过在新安煤矿15070工作面现场应用表明,使用浅孔注水技术后,工作面片帮问题得到极大改善,保证了工作面的正常推进。
Based on low strength of soft coal seam coal,coal wall with rib spalling problem,according to coal wall rib spalling mechanism and shallow hole water injection rib spalling prevention analysis,soft coal seam coal wall shallow hole water injection rib spalling prevention was studied.Two rib spalling forms that rip damage and cut damage in coal wall were settled,the mechanism that shallow hole water injection could improve the stability of coal,prevent the coal wall rib spalling.Based on this,shallow hole water injection rib spalling prevention technology parameters were designed.Through Xin'an Mine 15070 working face field application,shallow hole water injection technology greatly improved working face rib spalling problem,ensured the normal advancing of working face.
