摘要
为了提高岩巷快速高效掘进,运用煤矿岩巷快速高效掘进综合配套技术,以河南能源新安煤矿为工程实例,详细进行了掘进速度影响因素及相关问题分析研究,从中深孔光面爆破技术、新型锚喷支护系统、排矸装运系统、施工组织等方面形成了适合新安煤矿工程地质条件和施工特点的岩巷快速高效掘进综合配套技术,并进行初期工业性生产,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
In order to improve the speed and efficiency rock drivage,quick and effective roadway mining comprehensive mating technology was applied,Henan Energy Xin'an Mine was taken as engineering example,mining speed influencing factors and relative problems were studied,from Middle deep hole smooth blasting technology,the new system,conveyor shipment system support,construction organization and so on,quick and effective roadway mining comprehensive mating technology was formed suitable for Xin'an Mine engineering geological conditions and construction characteristics,with early industrial production and good technical and economic effect.
