摘要
基于震动器铸件的产品质量问题,分析了铸件的特点,针对震动器铸件在试生产中出现的缩松、缩孔及裂纹等缺陷,改进了压铸模设计,采取了增设补缩通道,优化镶嵌件预热温度,调整压射参数,延长保压时间等措施,运用磁铁的吸力解决了镶嵌件的悬挂问题。结果表明,该工艺措施有益于产品质量的提高,铸件的合格率可以达到90%。
Based on quality problem of vibrator casting products, the characteristics of casting was analyzed.Aiming at the defects of dispersed shrinkage, shrinkage cavity, cracks and so on, in the trial of casting, design of the die was improved,feeding channels were added, preheating temperature of inserts was optimized, parameters of injection were adjusted, time of pressure preservation was prolonged, the hanging problem of mosaic pieces was solved by the suction of the magnet.Results showed that these technological measures were beneficial to the improvement of product quality,and the qualified rate of casting could reach 90%.
