摘要
针对某自行车厂产生的废水p H值低、水量大、有机物含量高、BOD5/CODcr<0.5,可生化性差,且含有较高浓度的总磷TP和固体悬浮物SS的情况,经过沉淀、混凝等物化预处理,再结合A/O处理工艺,有效去除了有机污染物和TP,最后通过活性炭吸附,使出水水质达到了国标排放标准。
Wastewater in bicycle factory has the characteristics of low p H, high quantity,high organic content,BOD5/CODcr0.5, poor biodegradability and high TP and SS,so firstly,wastewater must be pretreated by physical and chemical treatment,secondly combine with A/O process to remove the organic matter and TP,finally, wastewater is treated by activated carbon adsorption process.Through above treatment process, the effluent of wastewater can achieve the level of the national discharging standard.
