国外高校教师职后教育对我国的启示

随着时代的发展,各个行业都在不断地进行改革与创新。教育作为国家的关键领域当然不能落后,所以紧接其后的就是师资队伍的素质提升,教师必须随时更新自己的知识储备与实际操作能力。综合国外发达国家的高校教师职后教育,本文对我国与国外先进观念进行学习与探讨。

With the development of the times, various industries are constantly carrying out reform and innovation to adapt to it. Education, as a key area of our country, of course, cannot lag behind. Therefore, the issue immediately following it is the improvement of teachers＇ quality. Teachers should update their knowledge reserve and practical skills at any time. This paper summarizes the in-service education of university teachers in foreign developed countries, and then studies and explores their enlightenment to China.
