摘要 和谐的师生关系是班级一切工作顺利开展的保障。而周记在和谐师生关系中的作用妙不可言。它是洞察学生心灵世界的窗口,是师生情感交流的纽带,是促进师生自我成长的平台,班主任应积极发挥周记的作用,以建立新型师生关系。 A harmonious teacher-student relationship is a guarantee for the smooth implementation of all work, while weekly diary plays a wonderful role in harmonizing the teacher-student relationship. It is a window of insight into the inner world of students, and a bond for teachers and students' emotional communication, as well as a platform promoting teachers and students' self-development, so the head teacher should give an active play to the role of weekly diary, so as to establish a new teacher-student relationship.
