摘要
管理理念的选择,对于今日大学的资源配置及组织目标的实现至关重要。柔性化管理强调是"以人为本"的理念,强调管理的内控性和非强制性,是注重变化因时的管理方式。本文试以大学组织结构特性分析的为基础,就分析大学组织实现柔性管理的方式。
The choice of management philosophies is essential to the allocation of resources and the achievement of the organizational goals for today's universities. Flexible management emphasizes the "people-oriented" concept, and emphasizes the internal and non-mandatory management, so it is a management style paying attention to changes. Based on analyzing the structural characteristics of the university organization, this paper tries to analyze the flexible management of the university organization.
