信息传递:高校教师权利救济路径探索的切入点

摘要 随着信息论逐渐被应用于高校管理实践中,信息论的有序性与反馈性也成为探索高校教师权利救济路径的关键。就实践而言,在高校教师管理中还存在着教师申诉权难以保障及公力救济渠道不畅通等问题。本文基于信息有序传递、信息反馈机制等信息论视角来探索高校教师救济路径以维护教师合法权益。 With the information theory gradually being applied to university management practice, the orderliness and feedback of information theory has become a key to the exploration on ways of university teachers' right relief. In terms of practice, there are still some problems in the management of university teachers, for example, teachers' right of petition can hardly be ensured and public relief channels are blocked. Based on such perspective of information theory as the orderly transmission of information and the feedback mechanism of information, this paper explores the ways of university teachers' right relief, in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
