摘要
行政管理部门是独立学院维持正常运转不可或缺的综合办事机构,对学院的发展起着不可替代的作用。然而,新形势下的独立学院进行薪酬制度改革对教职工起到了应有的激励作用,而行政管理职员则处于弱化的状态。薪酬管理制度不完善、职员薪酬普遍偏低、与教师的薪资差距较大等问题一直没有得到学院的重视。为了独立学院健康、稳定、持续的发展,本文通过调查研究,分析独立学院行政管理职员薪酬管理存在的问题,提出解决独立学院行政管理职员薪酬问题的对策。
Administrative departments are indispensable integrated offices maintaining the normal operation of independent colleges, so they play an irreplaceable role in the development of independent colleges. In the new situation, the salary system reform in independent colleges plays a due role in stimulating the teaching staff, but the administrative staffs are weakened. The problems, such as the imperfect salary management system, generally low staff salaries, large gap between the salaries of teachers, etc., have not got the attention of colleges. In order to promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of independent colleges, through a survey, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the salary management of the administrative staff in independent colleges, and proposed countermeasures of solving the problems.
