近年来,职业性三氯乙烯中毒在我国东南沿海地区屡有发生,天津地区也曾发生过职业接触三氯乙烯中毒致人死亡的事件。随着三氯乙烯在工业生产中的广泛应用,其带给职业人群的健康威胁将越来越大,职业性三氯乙烯中毒在职业卫生领域也将越来越引起人们的重视。其中毒临床表现已经不再局限于药疹样皮炎、肝肾损害等常见症状,其与噪声联合作用对听力的损害、对眼部的损害已逐渐被发现。本文试图通过对近几年在医学刊物发表的有关三氯乙烯(TCE)职业中毒健康影响的学术资料和文献的汇总分析,从临床研究方面对职业性三氯乙烯中毒进行综述,概括职业性三氯乙烯中毒的临床表现,最新特征,为职业性三氯乙烯中毒的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗提供更加科学的依据。

In recent years,the occupational trichloroethylene poisoning in southeast coastal areas in China have occurred repeatedly,Tianjin has been trichloroethylene poisoning incident that resulted in the deaths of the workers. As trichloroethylene are widely used in industrial production,its health threats to professional people will more and more. In the field of occupational health,occupational trichloroethylene poisoning will increasingly aroused people＇s attention. The poisoning clinical manifestation is no longer limited to the drug eruption sample dermatitis,liver and kidney damage,such as common symptoms,combined with the noise of hearing damage,the damage to the eye has gradually been found by people.This article attempts through to the published in medical journals in recent years on trichloroethylene（TCE） occupational poisoning the health effects of academic information and literature summary analysis,from the aspects of clinical research on occupational trichloroethylene poisoning were reviewed,summarized the clinical manifestations of the occupational trichloroethylene poisoning,the latest features,for the occupational trichloroethylene poisoning early discovery,early diagnosis,early treatment to provide a more scientific basis.
