摘要
目的对现有国标《游泳池水中尿素测定方法》进行适当的改进,以使尿素的检验更为准确、简捷、高效。方法按照GB/T18204.29-2000的方法对游泳池水进行检测,并对其中的检测步骤进行适当改进,对改进后的方法进行验证。结果改进后的检测方法无论从标准曲线的线性,显色反应稳定性,还是结果的准确度、精密度等都取得了满意的结果。结论经实验证明,改进后的国标方法在测游泳池水中尿素时,检验的效果更加明显,结果更加准确,值得推广。
Objective Appropriate improvements to existing national standard ＂method for determination of urea in swimming pool＂,so as to make the inspection method of urea more accurate,simple,and efficient.Methods Detection of swimming pool water in accordance with GB/T18204.29-2000 method,and make some improvement to the detection of these steps,to verify the improved method. Results Detection method of improved both from the standard curve is linear,chromogenic reaction stability,or the results of precision and accuracy,etc. satisfactory results are obtained. Conclusions Proved by the experiment,the improved method in the measurement of national standard of urea in swimming pool water,check the effect more obvious,more accurate results,is worthy of promotion.
